These general terms and conditions apply to all quotes, assignments and agreements between Radical Solutions and its clients, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
1. Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
2. Assignments and execution
Radical Solutions carries out every assignment to the best of its ability and according to professional standards. The client undertakes to provide all necessary information, texts and images in a timely manner.
3. Delivery and revisions
Every web project includes two free revision rounds. Additional changes are billed at an hourly rate. The assignment is considered delivered 14 days after publication if no written remarks have been made.
4. Payment terms
- 50% down payment at kick-off, balance at delivery (unless agreed otherwise).
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Late payments accrue interest of 10% per year by operation of law and without notice, plus a fixed damages fee of 10% (minimum € 75).
5. Ownership and usage rights
All rights to the delivered work transfer to the client upon full payment. Radical Solutions retains the right to mention the work as a reference.
6. Liability
Radical Solutions is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Liability is always limited to the amount of the assignment.
7. Hosting and maintenance
Hosting and maintenance contracts are tacitly renewed annually unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date.
8. Force majeure
In case of force majeure we are not liable for delay or non-performance.
9. Applicable law
Belgian law applies exclusively. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Brussels district.
